Pastors Page

Welcome to the Thunder Bay Church website. I am delighted that you took the time to acquaint yourself with us as a church and as a people in Northern Ontario, where big things happen. Thunder Bay Seventh-day Adventist Church is a group of committed and loving Christians whose main objective is to share love and live out Jesus’s life in the community for which they serve. Hence, our Church's tagline is “A Place Where You Can Worship.” As they inspire you with the Joy of Jesus.

My personal journey with Jesus began when I was 12 years old. I committed myself to Him, and God led me to work for Him in many ways as I grew in wisdom and stature. I am originally from the twin republic island of Trinidad and Tobago. I enrolled at the University of Southern Caribbean (formerly called Caribbean Union College), located in Trinidad, West Indies, and there I studied Theology with Pastoral Emphasis, which equipped me for entrance into ministry. I matriculated at Andrews University to attain a master’s in Church Administration and Leadership. Having been in active ministry in the South Caribbean Conference in Trinidad, I was blessed to have pastored several churches (districts) that were involved in church planting initiatives, church enhancement, and evangelic series.

God’s call for ministry soon took me to the north in Ontario, Canada, where I am ministering to a vibrant, loving, and caring congregation in Northern Ontario. As we share the gospel message of Jesus to their neighbourhoods and communities. I would like to extend a personal welcome and encourage you to come to Thunder Bay Church, located at 1770 Oliver Road inThunder Bay, and aengage in a lively worship experience with people who love God with all their heart, mind, and soul. The minute you step into the church, you will feel the warmth of God’s love through these members, and I look forward to meeting you.
